About
Manage automotive development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timing, and cost targets are met while coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as the main customer interface.
Your mission
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases (development, validation, delivery).
Define project scope, schedule, and resources.
Lead communication with customers and internal teams.
Track project progress, risks, and budget; implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949).
Drive team performance and support continuous improvement.
Your profile
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
3+ years of experience in automotive project management or product development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of vehicle networking (CAN, LIN, Flexray)
