Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager to manage automotive development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timing targets are achieved. Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main interface with customers.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases (development, validation, integration, and delivery).
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead communication with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the development of automotive components (HW, SW, Mechanical), ensuring proper integration within the vehicle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and non-technical risks.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949) and internal processes and tools.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure reporting (project tracking, quality tools, etc.).
• Drive team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive project management or product development.
• Basic to good knowledge of Volkswagen (VW) systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of automotive development processes and vehicle networking (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
