In this role, you will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and managing system and functional requirements throughout the software development lifecycle for ECUs. You will also handle requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
Your mission
Manage changes to functional requirements
Use requirements management tools such as DOORS for requirement tracking and documentation
Plan testing activities for different product versions
Create detailed test cards
Manage test catalogues
Ensure end-to-end traceability between system requirements, software components, test cases, and change requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (system, software, hardware, and testing) to align on requirement understanding and implementation

HMI simulation
In-vehicle communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet
2+ years of experience in automotive ECU calibration and/or software data container management.
Solid understanding of ECU software architecture, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS), and vehicle systems.
Experience with OEM-specific development processes (VW Group, SEAT,etc.) is a strong advantage.
Experience working within structured development cycles and change management frameworks.
Fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.
